Should you wish to return an item, please e mail us at haloboutique@btinternet.com and explain the reason for the return aswell as the order number, your name and full postal address.
You will then receive a returns authorization number which you will need to quote when returning the goods.
We recommend that you take out postal insurance aswell.

Accepted returns and refunds are subject to the following criteria ;

The item must be accompanied by the original documents that were enclosed.

The authorization number must be quoted.

The item MUST be returned within ten days of purchase.

The item must be unworn and unsoiled.

The item must be packaged in the same way as received.

None of the tags should be removed, changed or damaged.

Some items such as swimwear and lingerie cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

REFUNDS

Refunds do not include postage and packing, unless the item is sent in error or is not in accordance with the original specification.

Returning goods for an exchange;
When returning goods for an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of postage and packaging for the new item that you wish to receive.
When returning the item please enclose the fee for the p&p .

You will only receive a refund if the package is returned to us, unopened within 10 days. Our details are clearly marked on the package so it can be returned without being opened.
In the event of the item being lost when returned you will be held responsible and no refund will be given.
We recommend that postal insurance is taken out when returning the item to us.
The distance selling regulations do not apply to goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons this includes swimwear lingerie and corsets.
