This returns policy is only applicable to purchases made online, and does not apply to purchases made in the Halo Boutique, Todmorden.
If you change your mind, please ensure your item is returned to Halo Boutique, Todmorden within 7 days of the delivery date. When the item is received in the shop the original card/paypal account that was used will be reimbursed, excluding postage. A full refund will be given (minus the original postage) providing the garment has been returned in the original condition and with original tags and tickets attached. The item must be returned using the Royal Mail FIRST CLASS RECORDED DELIVERY service to return the garment, the customer must pay for this. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in the post.
If you wish to exchange you item for a different size, colour or wash of denim, then please call the shop (01706810228) or email (haloboutique@btinternet.com) so that the required item can be held for you until the returned item has been received by us. Once received, the new item will be sent to you. If you are unhappy with the exchanged item then the full returns and refund policy will be adhered to.
Halo Boutique does reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, if the ordered item is no longer available for sale.
